Non-Returnable Personalized Products

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.

Under applicable consumer laws, personalized goods made to the customer's specifications are generally exempt from the standard withdrawal or cancellation rights that apply to non-customized products.

For this reason, personalized Travelling Moon books cannot be returned or exchanged because:

  • The customer changes their mind.
  • Incorrect photos were uploaded.
  • Incorrect information was provided by the customer.
  • The customer approved a design containing errors.

Products

Travelling Moon creates personalized keepsake books and memory products.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, slight variations in color, print appearance, paper texture, and layout may occur. These variations do not constitute defects.

Product images displayed on our website are intended for illustrative purposes.

Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded photographs, names, dates, quotes, and personal information are accurate before submitting an order.

Travelling Moon is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Intellectual Property

Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all photographs, text, artwork, and content submitted for personalization.

Travelling Moon shall not be liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted content.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

Limitation of Liability

Travelling Moon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
