1. Introduction

Welcome to Travelling Moon.

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Travelling Moon creates personalized keepsake books, memory books, travel books, coloring books, and other custom products made from customer-submitted photographs and information.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Personalized Products

All Travelling Moon products are made specifically for each customer.

Because every book is individually created based on customer submissions, products may vary slightly from digital previews due to printing processes, paper materials, screen calibration, and production methods.

Minor differences do not constitute defects.

4. Customer Photo Submissions

By uploading photographs, text, names, memories, or other content to Travelling Moon, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it.
  • You have permission from any identifiable individuals appearing in the photographs.
  • The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
  • The content is lawful and does not contain offensive, defamatory, or prohibited material.

You remain the owner of your content.

5. License to Process Content

By submitting content, you grant Travelling Moon a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Receive and store uploaded files;
  • Edit, convert, process, format, and print submitted materials;
  • Produce and fulfill your personalized order.

This license exists solely for fulfilling your order and does not transfer ownership of your content.

6. Digital Preview Approval

Where a preview is provided:

  • Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all text, names, dates, photographs, spelling, and design elements.
  • Approval of a preview constitutes acceptance of the final design.
  • Travelling Moon is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Production begins after approval is received.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All Travelling Moon branding, logos, website content, designs, templates, graphics, and original materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Customers retain ownership of their uploaded photographs and personal content.

8. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order;
  • Cancel any order;
  • Refuse content that violates laws or third-party rights;
  • Refuse content that is offensive, harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

If an order is cancelled before production begins, a refund may be issued.
