Processing & Production Times
All Travelling Moon keepsakes are made to order and personalized individually.
Production typically takes 5–10 business days before shipment.
During busy seasons, production times may be slightly extended.
Priority Creation
Customers may choose Priority Creation at checkout.
Priority Creation moves your order ahead in our production queue and reduces production time to approximately 2–5 business days.
Please note that shipping transit times remain unchanged.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, orders are shipped according to the destination:
Netherlands
- Estimated shipping time: 3–5 business days
European Union
- Estimated shipping time: 5–10 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Orders
- Netherlands: 8–15 business days
- European Union: 10–20 business days
Priority Orders
- Netherlands: 5–10 business days
- European Union: 7–15 business days
Please note that these delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
Where available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Travelling Moon is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal services
- Customs authorities
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
We will however assist customers in locating shipments whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer.
